Scope and permitted use
This policy forms part of our terms of use. It covers uploaded photos and reference videos, instructions, generated results, storage and sharing through or using the service. It applies even if an AI model would otherwise accept the request.
The creation service is for adults aged 18 or older. Use only consenting adult subjects and materials you have permission to upload, transform and share. Consent must cover the actual use; a public post or attribution is not permission. Do not upload images of children. We do not independently verify age, identity or consent. Disclose that a result is AI-generated when sharing it; do not present it as an authentic recording or an artist's endorsement. The site is independent of Bulin 47 and his representatives.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Pornography / NSFW: sexual acts, explicit nudity, sexual exploitation and sexualized or intimate depictions, including nonconsensual synthetic sexual media. Adult consent does not make these uses permitted.
- Violence / gore: graphic injuries, mutilation, torture, cruelty, threats or material promoting or assisting real-world violence. Terrorism, mass violence and instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
- Hate: dehumanization, discriminatory harassment or incitement to violence against people based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation or disability.
- Child-unsafe content: child sexual abuse or exploitation, grooming, sexualization of minors, or depictions that endanger children. This includes synthetic, fictional or altered depictions and adults portrayed as minors. Never upload or generate such material.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive impersonation of real people, brands or organizations; identity misuse, fabricated endorsements, fraud, misleading political recordings and nonconsensual likeness manipulation. A consented adult creative edit must still be clearly disclosed as AI and must not mislead viewers.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: unauthorized copying or transformation of protected footage, music, performances, logos or likenesses. Reference movement does not give you rights to the underlying recording. Do not imply an official affiliation or license you do not have.
Also prohibited are privacy violations, doxxing, scams, spam, safety-filter evasion and attempts to hide or distribute prohibited media through our storage. These rules apply to inputs and outputs alike; an accepted request is not a finding that its result is lawful or safe.
Safety controls and current limitations
Public generation and purchasing remain disabled while technical acceptance and payment review are pending. The server uses Waffo Prompt Screening to assess the actual provider-bound text instructions before creating a generation task, deducting credits or calling the generation provider. Only an explicit allow result with a completed semantic check may continue. A block, review/uncertain result, invalid response or screening failure stops the request without a generation charge.
Text screening does not semantically inspect uploaded photos, reference videos or generated videos, and does not verify age, identity, consent or intellectual-property rights. The configured generation path uses KIE with Kling 2.6 motion control; provider checks may reject requests, but their coverage is not guaranteed and is not independent review of every input and output. The operator reviews content reports manually. We do not claim continuous media monitoring, automatic output approval or a 24/7 moderation team. Publishing this policy does not complete media safety acceptance or enable the service.
Report content or misuse
Email support@bulin47ai.co, monitored by the operator, with a subject such as “Content report”. Include the relevant page URL or task/order identifier, the concern, relevant rights or consent information and a way to contact you. Do not attach illegal material, intimate images, passwords or unnecessary identity documents. For suspected child exploitation, identify the location without downloading, copying or forwarding the media. For immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency authority; this mailbox is not an emergency service.
We assess reports, check available records, request necessary clarification and use human review before a final decision where feasible. We limit access to report information to operational needs, but cannot promise absolute confidentiality where disclosure is legally required. See our privacy policy.
Response targets and enforcement
For credible imminent harm or child-safety concerns, we prioritize containment of material or access under our control and aim to take protective action within 24 hours of receipt. For ordinary reports and appeals, we aim to begin review within 3 business days and generally reach a decision within 7 business days. These are operating targets, not guaranteed deadlines; complex cases may take longer and we will explain delays when we can contact you.
Depending on severity and evidence, we may reject a request, warn a user, remove media under our control, restrict access, temporarily suspend or terminate generation and upload access for severe or repeated violations. We may preserve necessary evidence or cooperate with competent authorities when legally required. Reports alone do not establish a violation. Where feasible, we explain the action and reason; urgent protection or legal obligations may limit advance notice. We cannot erase copies already downloaded or held by third parties.
A report or generation/upload restriction does not automatically forfeit all purchased credits. Requests stopped by the pre-generation safety gate must not incur a generation charge. Task credit adjustments and cash refunds are different: send an order identifier and explanation to support@bulin47ai.co to request a payment review or cash refund. We assess the transaction and service delivered with the payment provider; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Appeals and changes
To contest an action, email support@bulin47ai.co with “Content appeal”, the task/account reference, the decision and relevant corrections. The operator rechecks the evidence and explains the outcome where feasible; we do not promise an independent appeals panel. Appeal promptly so relevant records can be assessed. An appeal does not authorize new prohibited uploads or guarantee reinstatement.
We update this policy when the service or controls change, publish the revision date and provide notice of material changes where feasible.
